Customs-Trade Partnership Agains Terrorism

 
         
  The objective of C-TPAT certification is to develop and implement a sound plan to enhance security procedures of your company in 4 main areas, namely:
  • Procedural Security
  • Documentation Processing
  • Personnel Security
  • Education and Training Awareness

To start the certification process, the "Agreement to Voluntarily Participate in Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism" has to be signed by the company.

Within 60 days after signing the above mentioned Agreement of Understanding, the so-called Security Profile Questionnaire has to be issued. Customs will provide feedback to the company within the next 30 days (read 60 days, at present time)

Lalandia will act as you liaison for C-TPAT matter with the Customs & Border Protection and coordinate and issue the final C-TPAT Supply Chain Security Profile Questionnaire. In fact, Lalandia will act as you Company Security Officer (CSO).

Lalandia will take you company from A to Z during the C-TPAT certification period,  undertake the initial security assessment  of  your company and assist in answering the C-TPAT Supply Chain Security Profile Questionnaire apart from communicating and collect information about your service vendors and supply chain partners.

Lalandia will make available all necessary information to the Customs & Border Protection in electronic format.
